Loan Officer

Gateway Homes Inc. is looking for qualified licensed loan officers to add to a different division of our company. While most companies pay anywhere from 50—90% of the commission, our loan officers are paid the full 100% commission. We provide you with training, leads, 1003 software, business cards, company email address, licensing materials, and anything else you need to succeed. You can even get leads working part time from home. Does it get any better than that? If you have a large network of family, friends, and business contacts, this position would be ideal for you.

Contract Loan Processor

The current mortgage market has put many loan processors out of work. Gateway Homes Inc. has created opportunities for loan processors to continue earning paychecks during this difficult time. A growing trend for processors is contract loan processing from home. We recommend you solicit your business contacts and start your own home processing business. In the meantime, if you are out of work but know someone who needs to refinance, we'll hire you to process the paperwork on that loan. Think about how many homeowners you might be familiar with that need help. As you know, loan processors cannot discuss interest rates with prospective clients. Let us do that. But, we can pay you very well for processing your clients’ paperwork. Please call to discuss how well we can pay you. At the same time, you'd be helping your client refinance without being overcharged. Currently, we have an excellent processor. But, hiring contract loan processors has been an excellent way of building new contacts. Drastic times call for creativity. Use your skills and business contacts to continue to earn a paycheck.

Real Estate Agent

We’re a really good company for home loans. But, real estate agents like working with us too. If you enjoy working real estate part time, and are not currently affiliated with a real estate company, sign on with ours. A real estate license, a client, and a desire to earn 100% of the commission on the transaction is all that’s necessary.
